As the Head of Internal IT, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of Internal IT services across the organization.
The role covers the lifecycle of end-user devices, manages onboarding and offboarding processes and ensures compliance with internal policies and external standards.
Acting as the primary interface between ITI and Information Security teams, the Head of Internal IT plays a central role in supporting ISO 27001 certification efforts
as well as Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes. You will be reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering.

• Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and accessories.
• Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
• Ensure secure and compliant recycling of old or decommissioned devices.
• Collaborate closely with the Information Security team on topics related to: ISO 27001 certification, internal and
  external audits, Business Continuity planning and Disaster Recovery, security patching.
• Own and operate Internal IT controls within the ISMS aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, including evidence collection and periodic control effectiveness reviews.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation required for a review and approval by the Director of Infrastructure.
• Ensure internal IT processes comply with company policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Provide status updates and reports to the Director of Infrastructure as needed.
• Communicate clearly with employees regarding device policies, IT procedures, and onboarding/offboarding requirements.

• Strong understanding of IT operations, endpoint management, and device lifecycle processes.
• Experience with IT inventory management tools and processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and ISO 22301 standards.
• Past hand-on experience as network administrator or infrastructiure engineer.
• Ability to draft, structure, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Familiarity with common enterprise IT tools (MDM, Ticketing systems, etc.).

• Proven experience working in ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS and ISO/IEC 222301 BCMS environments is a plus.

• Language skills:
  • English: required to be fluent both in oral and written communication
  • German: required to be fluent both in oral and written communication

• At least Bachelor in Computer Science (or similar subject), or higher degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT related engineering role
