Senior Software Engineer Client Stack

In your role as Senior Software Engineer (Client Stack) you are joining a team that is constantly working on finding new ways for helping our clients to protect massive amounts of sensitive information with comforte's enterprise wide data-centric protection suite - SecurDPS.

Key responsibilities and tasks
  • Researching and implementing innovative new ways for making it easy for our customers to integrate and utilize data protection in their application environments.
  • Working closely with the QA team to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Working closely with the DevOps team for maintaining CI pipelines.
  • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for customers running the solution.
Professional skills and knowledge
Very good skills and background knowledge in:
  • Programming:
    • Java (C++, C# and other languages are a plus)
    • OOP
  • Operating Systems:
    • Linux, Windows (other OS's are a plus)
Intermediate skills and background knowledge in:
  • DevOps, CI/CD principles, Git
Additional knowhow and skills in the following areas are a plus:
  • Security concepts, especially in cloud environments
  • Container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Cloud computing
  • Agile principles
  • English: required to be fluent both in oral and written communication
  • other language skills helpful but not a requirement
